Schöne Lage und gute Aufteilung.

I was unable to get the key code to enter the property. There was no one there. I arrived at the property around 9:50pm on 8/19, which is before 10pm. There was no person at the property. I cannot even come into the main gate. I sent them a message through booking.com app around 9:55pm but did get any response. I knew that they need us to complete check-in through their website and upload four people’s passports only until 10:10pm. Before that from the booking.com website there is no such information described before I decided to make a reservation. They did not disclose enough information and give us enough time to upload the data they need. And this kind of booking process is already uncommon when we book the hotel and expect to check in at the counter. I had arrived at the property before 10pm. However, I did not get the service I needed. Even worse, I needed to spend 30 minutes driving to another town to find another hotel. I am very unsatisfied about such a bad experience. I would like to request full refund.
