Actually, things were in place and support staff was very helpfull. The only problem we had and that was related to heating system. I mean heaters were closed and even during bath we were getting cold water.

The place was spotless, very quiet, and perfectly located in the city center. The heating worked great, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions quickly. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend!

I stayed for nearly a month in three different Swan flats, and each one was outstanding in its own way. Swan4 was particularly exceptional. Highly recommended!

It is an okay apartment for a very short stay and by short I mean 1-2 nights. The apartment was clean, well located and had comfortable beds.

The property listing showed that iron and ironing facilities are available but none was found in the apartment. I contacted the host who did not respond at all. All the communication was just instructions to check-in and check-out and to-do list before checking out. It was very stressful for us as we were there to attend an event and needed to iron our clothes. In the end we had to resort of using the hairdryer to iron our clothes. There is no wardrobe or even a rack to hang clothes anywhere in the apartment. Garbage bin had plastic bags that were not even put up properly, we had to line the dustbin ourselves, I found this bizarre. Not to mention used q-tips in the dustbin in the bathroom.

Everything was great. The accommodation was clean and all the necessary equipment. The host was always responsive. We appreciate the parking spaces. We didn't miss anything. I recommend! :)
