Really nice apartment, neat and clean, beautiful views.

The host was really friendly and helpful. She lived on-site and was available pretty much all of the time for help and advice, for example about where to go and where to find good Black Forest Gateau! Tourism leaflets were provided in the sitting room. We loved the views of the hills and forest from the balcony at the back and enjoyed the peacefulness - and listening to the sound of the cow bells in the meadows above.

We struggled to turn the kitchen tap on and off and we could only get lukewarm water. So we filled the kettle / washed our hands in the bathroom, rather than turn the kitchen tampon.

Very clean place. Comfortable beds.

We wanted to visit Freiburg, Triberg and apartment has a perfect location - close to both places. Apartment is very clean and big enough for 4 persons. Bathroom is very big, has both bathtub and shower. We travelled with a mini dog and it also was very comfortable in the apartment. Apartment equipped with absolutely everything, we even made BBQ on the terrace . In the evening we played game, which we found in the room. Apartment is located in a very quite area , so we slept very good. Beds are also very comfortable . The host was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to everybody .

There was no shampoo in the bathroom .

The hosts were really helpful and kind. The house is very well set up for family with kids. Lots of toys, high chair and cot if needed

The friendly woman host welcomed us very nicely. House is fully-furnished and clean. Nice view around and very close to the forest for hiking. WIFI is strong so very suitable for work. There's also Netflix. Pet-friendly, our dog loved the place, as well.

No mobile phone signal inside the house and in the backyard. We needed to drive a bit away to catch some signal and chcek our mobile messages and calls. No available dishwasher tablets so we were not able to use the dishwasher.

There is beautiful nature around, quiet, calm. Nice view of the mountains from the window. The house is warm, clean, spacious.

Christmas was taken away from me here(( Rented during Christmas. We were looking for a house with a terrace and barbecue. This service is included in the booking. There is a barbecue in the yard. We prepared food for a barbecue dinner, but the hostess said «no”.. No comments. We weren't ready to change plans. This is strange. But ok.. In the morning we could not find the owners again , we left..

very comfortable house in an excellent location in Black Forest but also very close to Freiburg . Suitable for families with small children.You need a car .the owner's mother was a lovely person .

the only negative thing that spoiled our stay is that we had agreed that there should be a baby cot for the baby and there was nothing so the baby was sleeping in a bed and it was unsafe and we were not very calm .And the owner wasn't there to solve this .Anyway ,his mother was so cute and we forgot about this
