Die FeWo liegt zentral am Bahnhof und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Ausstattung war funktional.

Telefonische Erreichbarkeit und Auskunft war sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem wesentlichen ausgestattet. Top Lage.

Kühlschrank macht laute und beängstigende Geräusche. Mobiliar ist teilweise etwas stark beansprucht.

Sehr gute Lage. Freundlicher Vermieter.

Leider wurde der Schlüsselcode nicht pünktlich mitgeteilt, was aber lt. Gastgeber nicht an ihm lag. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter hat dann alles ganz zeitnah geklappt.

Zentrale Lage, ruhig, großes Bad.

Durch die Lage in einer Gebäudenische gab es sehr wenig Tageslicht. Das WLAN war faktisch unbrauchbar : 15 Mbit/s im Download. Kein Parkplatz. Schlecht regelbare Fußbodenheizung. Warmwasser braucht mehrere Minuten bis Temperatur.

Sehr Citynah

Bad schimmelt, Matratze zu weich, Herd und Backofen haben nicht funktioniert, beim Entladen des Autos wurden wir sofort aufgefordert weg zu fahren
