Die Top Lage. Nähe zum Supermarkt. Garage für E-Bike zum unterstellen. Großer Garten ideal für Kinder. Zugang zur Wohnung über die Terrasse ,super zum Koffer rein und rausbringen. Außenjalousien.

Wenn Wohnung über der EG Wohnung besetzt ist es etwas hellhörig.
