"I urge the hotel management to treat all tourists equally, regardless of their origin."

It appears that the hotel may have been trying to conserve electricity costs, overlooking the comfort non-local guests. On February 8th, I requested that the heating be turned on during the day, as it was turned off between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Instead of addressing this request, I was only offered a small heater, which was insufficient. On February 9th, upon returning late at night, I discovered that the heating had been turned off again even for the whole day. I ultimately left the hotel on February 10th due to the freezing conditions
