Perfect location between both parks and walking distance to some great restaurants. Superclean, spacious, comfortable beds! Will come back next year!

Everything, this is our second year here and we definitely come back the next year

Very good location, approximately 300m for grocery shopping lidl or edeka. Equal distance from Europa park main entrance and Rulantica entrance. Probably closer to the south entrance but we didn't use it as we wanted to get close to the new coaster. The apartment was nice and had space for all 4 of us without feeling too small or big.

Amenities were not in the best condition, old TV that we couldn't set up to work with anything, freezer door broken, beds not the best. Still worth the money.

It was very comfortable, and roomy. Europa-Park was so near, we even went on hike to it. I recommend a lot of things are near.

Everything was excellent, the host was very friendly, we will definitely come back! We stayed at the “basement” which wasn’t really a basement, we didn’t feel like we stayed in a basement, the windows are very large. We had 2 bedrooms and 1 living room open space with the kitchen and 1 bathroom. The flat was very clean, we had a lot of clean towels and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Location was excellent, the apartment was well equipped and a good size for our family. Our host responded to messages in good time. Everything was very clean and everything worked well. Access to the garden at the back was great to let the kids out, and there are swings there too which was good for them. If you are visiting for either the theme park or water park, this is a great place to stay, and you can walk to either. There are lots of options for eating very close by too. The apartment is secure and easy to find.

Parking outside was a little problematic as the drive wasn't quite deep enough to fit the car on (2 cars are fine but the host rents out 3 apartments, so the third car doesn't quite fit if the other guests don't park close together). Also, the area was in a freak heat wave for our stay and 2 upright fans were provided that weren't really quiet enough or strong enough to keep us comfortable at night (the apartment is very well insulated, but that just meant it stayed over 29 degrees C all night, even with fans on). We didn't want to keep the windows open as there were bugs around, and it was the ground floor so we weren't comfortable leaving the kids bedroom windows open anyway. Minor things though, but the provision of a stand alone air con unit would have helped.
