Sehr guter Spot, um die Nordstadt rund um den Borsigplatz zu erkunden. Ruhige Lage, gute Bus und U Bahn Verbindung. Historische Plätze aus der BVB Geschichte, das ehemalige Gelände des HOESCH Stahlwerk und dem heutigen, sehenswerten Museum fußläufig zu erreichen. Bäcker, Döner, Gemüseladen, Kiosk, kleiner Supermarkt - alles da. Mit Kücheneinrichtung samt Kaffeemaschine Selbstversorgung möglich. Treffpunkt BVB Fußball Käfig in der Nähe für Kids. Man lernt Menschen kennen auf der Straße, Multikulti, mitten im Leben - ganz gegen den allgemeinen Ruf: ein lebendiger, sehenswerter Stadtteil von Dortmund. Mit den Jungs nach dem Spiel im Westfalenstadion gut untergekommen. Super Verbindung zum Stadion. - Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Geschirrhandtücher fehlen, Schimmel am Duschfenster, Haustür kaputt, d.h. schwer zu öffnen, klebrige Griffe an Küchenschranktüren Schubladen, Balkon inkl. Stuhl dreckig

Szczerze...tam nie było nic na plus...totalne zero to moja opinia o tym nawet mieszkaniem nie mogę tego nazwać!

To nie mieszkanie! To totalna ruina! Syf,brud , wszystko stare, zaniedbane, kompletne zero...nawet pościel odniosłam wrażenie, że nie była zmieniona...Nie polecam!!! Nigdy w życiu!!! P.S.Proszę napić się kawy z tego czajnika...
