There no heating, no tea/Coffee/sugar. Bad Knifes

We had 2 apartments, one ground floor (Apt 1) with garden area and the other on 1st floor (Apt 2) with balcony. We had asked if we could leave our bags prior to check in but the host and cleaner managed to get 2 apartments ready for us early so we could fully check in. We did have to change one 'type' of apartment from a 2 bed to 1 bed but this worked out fine as we appreciated being able to check in early. Clean apartments and bedding, the Cleaner does a good job and was friendly Hosts have always been responsive - whatsapp is as expected in German but easy to use google translate

Would be nice to have had a double bed. Small things like dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent - both facilities available but couldn't use. Some cleaning products would be helpful so guests can keep the kitchen/table clean Maybe wine glasses, bottle opener would also be useful The garden area and balcony could do with a bit of tidying/maintenance. No aircon but in Apartment 2 there are 3 large windows which helped with those hot days

It is clean. Kitchen is filled with sunshine in the morning.

No Internet, no TV. No one answer the phone or reply my messages about fixing the WiFi problem. No shampoo and shower gel when we checked in. I send message and shampoo was provided on the 2nd day. No cooking knife. Dishwasher didn't work well. No wodrobe in one of the bedrooms.
