Zum Südstrand und Zentrum von Wyk gut erreichbar gelegene komfortable Wohnung mit praktischer Terrasse. Kleiner Edekamarkt, Metzgerei und Bäcker in 10 Min Gehzeit. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit guter, praktischer Küchenzeile. Ausreichender Stellplatz.

Mikrowelle wäre noch ein weiteres Plus.
