"Schöne Wohnung, sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man das Kellerzimmer nicht unbedingt benötigt."

Gute Lage, grüner Weg zum Strand, schöner Wohnbereich, Terrasse mit Sessel und Tisch.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Keller (mit steiler Treppe nach unten), wir mussten erst einheizen.

Endlich eine Wohnung wo man eine bestimmte Standardausstattung hat, es freut mich sehr! Bei den anderen ist es wirklich extrem, geizig und man hat das Gefühl mann muss betteln. Hier ist sogar der Service und die Aufmerksamkeit extrem gut, kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Die Treppen zum unteren Raum sind sehr steil, es gibt aber ein Kindergitter. Unteren Zimmer hat so ein Feuchtigkeitsgeruch. Es ist aber Meckern auf ein hohes Niveau!

"Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einer zentralen Lage und bestem Wetter."

Die Ferienwohnung lag im Erdgeschoss und war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles nötige vorhanden, der Vermietung hat wunderbar geklappt. Alles war aufgeräumt und sauber, die Vermittlerin freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Waldgebiet für den Gang mit unseren beiden Hunden direkt in der Nähe der FeWo war sehr schön.

Backofen fehlt. Terrassenbereiche der einzelnen Erdgeschoss Whg. sind nicht abgesperrt, was zum Unmut beitrug, da unsere direkten Nachbarn während unseres Aufenthalts, die anscheinend nicht sehr hundefreundlich waren, sehr ungehalten reagierten, als unser Junghund mit seinen knappen 6 Monaten auf Entdeckungstour ging. Wir hatten noch nie solche Probleme. Schade, so konnte man die Terrasse nicht uneingeschränkt nutzen.

Zwei getrennte Zimmer, somit gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles in einem guten Zustand. Und sehr sauber und ordentlich.
