Het appartement is erg schoon en netjes. De bedden waren opgemaakt en er lag een topper klaar voor diegene die op de bank ging slapen. De douche was erg fijn. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het erg makkelijk te bereiken en is er genoeg parkeergelegenheid.

Geen minpunten.

De rust en de korte afstand naar Winterberg. Het appartement oogde fris en schoon.

Volgens de advertentie zouden er 2 slaapkamers zijn, maar dat is inclusief de woonkamer.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen!

The apartment is very clean and the furniture is recent. (Ikea) The bathroom is small but functional. For a family of 4 it is a bit challenging. I found the mattress on the bed a bit too soft, but that is a matter of personal preference. The sofa-bed in the living room is easy to transform from sofa to bed and back. Also large enough for 2.

The water temperature in the shower is not constant. If someone uses warm water in the kitchen while someone else is showering, then the person under the shower gets extra cold water. There was no microwave oven in the kitchen and we would have appreciated a bit more kitchen equipment. As this apartment is part of an apartment complex and is not part of a vacation park, there is no playroom or other entertainment for the children in the building. We could hear the neighbours when they woke up in the morning (a bit before us) - fortunately there was no one making noise at night. I found it a bit expensive for a one-bedroom apartment, but I guess that's driven by market demand. I was a bit late to make the reservation. There is only one public charging point for EV in the whole town center, a good 10 minute walk. Doable but not ideal. The rate was also a bit high. It would be great if a charging point could be installed at the building, with a cheaper rate.
