Location, nice balcony, cleanliness

We thought the arrival description was quite misleading (no clear explanation if parking was located at the apartment or where the keys were picked up or behind which gate our parking was located) - I read in other guest comments that we were not the only ones having problems. Batteries of the remote control had run out so that we couldn't use the TV. We reported the issue upon arrival around 6pm and the next day in the afternoon bought our own batteries as it had not been fixed (the gentleman from maintenance only arrived the 2nd evening after we fixed it ourselves).
