It was space and had all the necessary amenities.

The pillows were quite lumpy but not a major pitfall.

Everything was kept clean and the facilities were good. It is well equipped in the kitchen and has a huge internet TV. The apartment is in a quiet town close to Berlin.

1. The location mentioned here is wrong. We were struggling to find the property. Te owner did not send me any details such as the address and the PIN of the box where the keys were kept. I had to call him and luckily he spoke English and we somehow managed. Amidst this situation at 8pm in the dark, a German lady who didn't speak English from the neighboring building thought we were encroaching their place and wanted to call the cops. 2. The water in bathtub, wash basins in kitchen and bathroom is either too hot or too cold. You must be careful while you use it because either you burn yourself or you freeze. 3. The drinking water initially doesn't look potable but it later clears and it looks fine. 4. If you're coming by car, you must be prepared for traffic jams to and fro from Berlin.

We (a family of five arriving by car) used an apartment as a base camp for visiting Berlin. We chose this apartment because it was reasonably priced, it had free parking and Berlin was easily accessible by public transport (train runs every hour, we bought a 24 hour ticket for small groups for 33 EUR). The apartment was very clean, check-in was easy (keys in a box).

The instructions in the house are only in German. We agree with other reviews that there is not enough furniture to put your clothes on, but we understand that it allows you to have an extra bed in the bedroom. However, there is nothing we can complain about. Overall the apartment is very good.

Property was really nice - it can be seen that host tried to get everything that is needed for guests. Nice and quiet location, multiple grocery shops around, easy parking next to property. Very detailed explanation from host where to get keys and how to get into the property.

WiFi coverage could have been better.
