Top Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung. Ist alles da was man, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, brauchen könnte. Kaffee-Vollautomat, Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine usw.

Wirklich hübsche Wohnung, die absolut den Bildern entspricht. Nahe der Altstadt, eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Alles vorhanden, was man täglich braucht und ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die 3 Etagen zur Wohnung muss man allerdings erst überwinden 😉, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.

Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur doch sehr belebten Karl-Marx-Str. hinaus. Im Sommer, wenn man mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen möchte, können die Nächte sehr unruhig sein. Begünstigt wird das durch den gegenüberliegenden Kiosk, der bis 04:00 Uhr geöffnet hat und scheinbar gerade für Studenten ein beliebter abendlicher Treffpunkt ist.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

A very spacious, comfortable apartment with everything you would need for very pleasant stay. Location excellent close to town centre and a beautiful oak tree outside the window.

Instructions for exiting the garage could be clearer. You need to press a button on the right of the door to raise the door when exiting with a car. You need to be reasonably fit to climb the stairs.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is cozy and complete in a very nice area, near to all we need

There was nothing we did not like

Very very nice and comfort apartment! Feels like at home, all necesseary equipments are there. It is very convenient that you take the keys yourself, you can arrive at any time.

There is no lift, so with baby stroller not convienient, but it was mentioned in the apartment description.
