The apartment completely meet the expectations. Whenever there was any issue, the host solved it momentarily.

There was not possible to regulate heat in the bathroom, it was too hot. And there should be written instructions on how to operate the gas heaters for foreigners.

Everything was fine.

The heating could be better.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to report a very uncomfortable and concerning incident that occurred during our stay at City Apartments Kaiserslautern, which we booked through your platform. While we were inside the apartment, the owner unlocked and opened the door without any prior notice, permission, or announcement. He entered the apartment, took a few pictures, and then left. This unexpected entry made us feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. We are particularly concerned because if we had not been inside, all of our personal belongings would have been left unattended while strangers accessed the apartment. At no point were we informed that someone would enter the property during our stay. We believe this is a serious violation of guest privacy and safety. We kindly ask you to investigate this matter and clarify: • Why entry was made without notice or consent • Whether this action complies with your guest safety and privacy policies • What measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again We would appreciate your prompt response and support regarding this issue.
