"Superb"

A lot of space, the fireplace, a very cosy apartment. A TV in each room is a luxury we didn't need, but perhaps an advantage for others.

More dishes would be good. As it is now, even with three people you run out of dishes pretty quickly and then have to either wash them by hand or run the dishwasher half empty.
