"Disappointing"

The owner can control the heating remotely but forgot to switch it on before our arrival. This meant during the first night we slept in a 7 deg apartment (rental was in February). There was no follow up from the remote owner from either telephone calls or emails. Paying for the bed covers is fine but I do not expect summer covers to be provided during the winter season. The stairs to the apartment are spiral and narrow, with no room to carry a suitcase.
