Gino s Ferienwohnung

This was a good appartment whilst travelling with some friends at a great price. We were Abit sceptical and to be honest couldn’t find anyone for a start but then they showed up and everything else was perfect for the price

The location is great if you need to access town or the train. There is free wifi in the apartment and the password is clearly written down. The apartment was clean.

We had to flag down a neighbour in the next building to let us in and give us a key. No response to my text when I asked where the lockbox was. This is NOT a 1 bedroom apartment, it's a studio. It does NOT have 2 pull out couches, I slept on a camping cot. The kitchen doesn't have a kettle. It has a small pot and a large one plus a frying pan. There are no cooking utensils at all. The night we arrived, a coffee pot was in front of the door for us as the one in the apartment doesn't work. As for parking, there were 2 cars in the driveway, maybe one more could be squeezed in but it would be difficult. Towels were provided, except a hand towel for the bathroom, so we used a dish towel. The ad also says connecting rooms available but there are no rooms as this is a studio. If you're looking for the gaming console, I couldn't find it. There is no porch from the apartment and we didn't see the BBQ either. There was a grill but it was unclear if that belonged to the next property (it was behind a gate). There's no mini-market on site as per the description either. The instructions inside said to remove the garbage when we leave and to do the dishes. There were no bins outside and when I asked where to leave the garbage and keys, the response I got was to leave them outside. Communication was very poor.
