Very spacious and comfortable with a nice big terrace, dog-friendly, private parking spot and fantastic bakery just around the corner. All major highlights in the area are easily reachable.

Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was very bad and the temperature kept changing from cold to hot all the time. So, not very comfortable. The bedroom cannot be darkened at all. The curtains do not really help so we always woke up very early with sunset.

Host was friendly, the rooms are clean, sound-proof well despite of a multi-family house. Full set of furniture and home appliances.

The WiFi network was really poor. Video streaming can bearly work, but with 480p quality because of the limited bandwidth. Also very limited # of sockets in the bedrooms.

We booked two appartments which resulted to be as shown in the photos of the website, very nice.

We had problems with the heating system. On the days we stayed there, the temperatures were low and we had to warm up the apartment. The first night the heating was not on, the second night it did not work and nothing could be done about it. We assumed that testing the heating before the tourists come is essential in Germany in october days. It was cold in the apartment and the lack of flexibility to find an alternative to warm up thr appartment was disappointing.

The location is great, within walking distance of the lake, restaurant and a fantastic Strandbad. The apartment was bigger than I expected and was very clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host.

WIFI speed was slow and dropped a lot; a microwave and laundry facilities would be nice when travelling with children.
