Het was een mooi ruim appartement, heel proper en van alle comfort voorzien

De ligging ver van het centrum van Winterberg. Ík had mijn boeking voltooid en betaald en daarna kreeg ik te horen dat honden vooraf moeten worden aangevraagd (terwijl ik in mijn zoek selectie steeds honden toegestaan aangeef). Daarop moest ik voor een groter appartement kiezen en bijbetalen dus voor 3 nachten was ik behoorlijk wat meer kwijt…

The appartment was nice and clean. The owners really nice

The ither in the living room was not warm enough so we had to dry the sky clothes with the hair dryer. The others were warm enough. The price is too high, we had to pay extra tax and electricity. The dog fee is also expensive as it is per day. They only speak German and nobody available to speak English or Dutch..

the house was very warm and all the services in the house worked very well.

The owners are really nice but don't speak english at all and the communication if you don't speak German was very difficult. Really difficult and in 2024 is not acceptable specially if you work with tourists that are not German. If you don's speak English you cannot work with tourist but only with local people. The apartment booked was for allergic and was not specificied in the reservation and I have 2 dogs. The owner could find me another apartment smaller but with the possibility to have the dogs. Also this really not acceptable that could not specify in the booking. The dogs are allowed but really expensive because you need to pay per day per dog. Never paid the bill like in this structure. Really unfear and disappoint. The electricity is not included and you need to pay at the end of the week based on your consume. Also this is not ACCEPTABLE in 2024 you book an apartment not cheaper and you have to pay the electricity separate.
