Wohnzimmer benötig einen neuen Anstrich. Wohnzimmermöbel veraltet. Unzureichender TV Empfang. Die Teppichläufer nicht mehr aktuell und bilden Stolperfallen in der Küche. Wand - Deko sehr veraltet. Keine Beheizung für die Ski- Schuhe.

Zentrale Lage

fehlende Sauberkeit, staubige Ecken im Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer, mangelnde Ausstattung der Küche, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Eierkocher im Abstellraum, zusammen mit alten Teppichen und Wäscheständer - sehr unhygienisch!!!!! Badezimmer mit schimmeligen Fugen und verdreckter Duschkabine Zusammen gewürfelte Gläserauswahl, keine Bratpfanne vorhanden. Deko aus dem 70 iger Jahren könnte ausgetauscht werden

Die Lage in Oberstdorf ist perfekt.

Oberstdorf ist zwar etwas teurer und die Ferienwohnung gehört zu den preiswerteren Unterkünften, dennoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, es könnte mal renoviert werden. Es war sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden.

"Good apartment bad communication."

Property was consistent with pictures and description except the twin room was smaller than expected.

Communication with the agency was cumbersome. In the week before arrival multiple email were sent and none contained the information the property stated as essential on arrival day. At 2:39 pm with a scheduled arrival at 16:45, the property stated if I did not answer them immediately they could not meet me and give me the keys. I of course answered immediately but they continued to ask the same questions by what’s app and never checked their emails creating a very stressful arrival. Keep in mind all their emails are in German ONLY. Also keep in mind I did answer all emails within 1h so my assumption is there are multiple people in the officer and they do not talk to each other.

"Fantastic week of hiking in the Bavarian alps. Great weather and some snow on the peaks."

Great location with fantastic bakery 5 mins walk away. Buses into valley are free with Allgäu tourist card/app

All emails and directions in German. Key pickup was in a different town 20 mins from the property. Had to pay a tourist tax that was greater than expected - 90 euro - and in cash. Kitchen was tiny and poorly equipped. Beds were a little unconfined kids didn’t like the soft pillows. 🤷‍♂️
