"A very enjoyable stay in a well equipped apartment with a nice view"

Friendly and very helpful host with a very nice apartment. He got in touch a few days before our trip to arrange our arrival. We did master the steps to the top floor flat very well and our host gave us a hand with our luggage. The kitchen is very well equipped. We even found a selection of dried herbs and salt and pepper. There is a great view from the balcony including the distant Alps, the Konstanz Münster and the Island of Reichenau. It was very hot and sunny but luckily the flat got external electric shutters, so we could keep the inside at a reasonable temperature. There are also ceiling fans. The bedroom with a double bed is at the back of the flat facing north, so keeps cool. We felt very comfortable. It's easy to get to from the main station by bus and a large Edeka supermarket to stock up is just next door.

Very nice apartment. Everything was clean and new. Nice and quiet part of the Konstanz. Andy is polite and helpful.

The apartment is not for people with mobility problems, because there are a lot of stairs to the apartment.
