Charmantes Loft mit ganz besonderem Flair

Very nice big appartement, fully equiped kitchen, washing machine.

Just to know it is on the 4 floor. And one of the beds is reachable buy climbing a tall ladder and is not suitable for small children

The loft was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we would have needed. It was within walking distance of the lake, the restaurants and the Zeppelin museum. The off street parking was a bonus.

For me the loft bedroom was nice and cosy and I didn’t mind the climb up to it even at 64 years. Children would love it. But for older or less mobile people it would be a struggle.

- cleanliness of flat - comfortable beds - TV + netflix + WIFI worked as intended

- final stairs inside of flat are unprotected against small children falling down - house appliances need either service or complete renewal - e.g. shirts from wash machine smelled, fridge needs defrosting, vacuum cleaner needs new filters, dishwasher was full of old food crust - promised Vacation cards were not delivered even after direct call / sms

Newly renovated appartement, very spacious and with great views of the mountains across the lake. Great facilities for cooking.

No lift so need to carry luggage up the stairs to 4th level.

Spotlessly clean. Large layout. In suite laundry. Tub and shower. Quiet location. Easy 10 minutes walks to town and beach. Free parking We’ll stocked kitchen.

5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Not suitable for younger kids due to open stairway and high ladder to loft. No face towels or dish towels provided.

Location - very close to station & lake. We’ll equipped. Interesting place to stay. Host very willing to assist when contacted.

Provision of linen poor. We didn’t have our own. The provided sheets were very unironed and one towel had not been laundered.

The decorations and furnishings were pleasing. The main room was of good size apart from being very hot.

The second bedroom was at the very top of the main room up a tall steep ladder. Good in emergency for Alpine mountaineers perhaps. Very steep stairs off the main lobby were unsuitable for young children without. There was no safety gate. The aircon exhaust did not fit well to the balcony door.

Great location. Beautifully furnished apartment, very roomy. Clean bed linen and lots of fresh towels, however beds weren’t very comfy. Coffee pods and laundry detergent was provided, but laundry machine was broken. Easy check in and check out, good parking.

Expected to use laundry machine but was broken.
