Das Penthouse ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Groß/gute Lage. Möglichkeit für Unternehmungen ist gut, sowie viele Optionen zum Essen dierekt in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung War großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Über den Dächern von Wilhelmshaven:-) Parkplatz direkt am Penthouse. Und auch direkt gegenüber ein großer Parkplatz. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

"Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, tolle Wohnung"

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Haben immer schnell eine sehr freundliche Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist gut geeignet für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder an die Küste.

"Urlaub mit Abstrichen"

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr groß und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wohnung ist barrierefrei zu erreichen mit einem Aufzug im Haus.

Leider gab es ein paar Dinge zu bemängeln, an den Duschen gibt der Boden der Duschwanne nach am Anfang glaubt man er bricht gleich durch hat aber gehalten, die Türen der Dusche sind undicht und die Toiletten könnten besser geputzt werden. Die große Dachterasse hätte mitsamt den Möbeln eine Renovierung nötig ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terasse ist leider nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und da nur sehr kleine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln da sind war es dann doch ganz schön warm in den Räumen. Das Umfeld rund um das Haus inklusive des Parks nebenan ist sehr ungepflegt.
