Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Auto vor der Tür dir Fahrräder im Garten, gute Lage um schnell in alle Ecken zu fahren.

Sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus, muffig. Kleidung und Wäsche hatten diesen "Muff" schnell angenommen - es war Sommer. Das Hygrometer in meinem Wecker Stand auf 80%. 10 Tage lüften hat nur etwas geholfen. Die verschlissene Couch war nur mit einer Art Spannbezug überdeckt, es bröselten immer Reste des darunter liegenden, vermeintlichen Kunstleders, auf den Boden.

Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir benötigt haben.

Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus, es gab aber keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Den Schlüssel erhält man über eine Verwaltung. In jedem Zimmer hängen laminierte Schreiben, was man nicht machen darf oder machen soll, wie die Mülltonnen pünktlich rauszustellen. Die Sachen im Bad werden nie trocken, es bleibt immer alles klamm, da man nicht lüften kann.
