Die ganze Anlage der Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Werde die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Die Schlüsselübergabe! Auf meiner Buchungsbestätigung wurde eine Adresse angegeben die nicht zutreffend war. Diese muss unbedingt korrigiert werden. Ältere Leute die keine Smartphone haben mit E-Mail Anschluss, erfahren den Code nur an der Reception vom Hotel in Überlingen. Dabei ist die angegebene Adresse auch noch falsch. muss erst noch durchfragen wo die richtige Adresse ist, und wenn diese Reception nicht besetzt ist wird's schwierig.

Schöne und neuwertige Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Gute Lage & großartiger Blick auf den Bodensee

Luft staut sich an heißen Tagen in der Wohnung, keine Klima. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Markise ausgefahren bleibt um so die Hitze draußen zu lassen. Bedauerlicherweise wird mit Beschwerden nicht gut umgegangen. Wenn man das Gefühl bekommt, dass man nur ein Gast von vielen ist und einem eine Wiederbuchung eigentlich egal ist hat man meiner Meinung nach dringend Schulungsbedarf im gastorientierten Verhalten.
