"Gutes Quartier in gewöhnungsbedürftiger Bauhülle"

Sehr gediegen eingerichtetes Appartement unter dem Dach, schönes Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer. Das war ideal bei unserer Städtereise (Opa mit 15jährigem Enkel). In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, super!

Stark sanierungsbedürftiges Gebäude, heruntergewirtschafteter Hausflur, auch vollgestellt mit Möbelstücke, Schuhen etc. Der Blick in den Garten versprach keine Gemütlichkeit, aber es ist ja Herbst. Hätte man die Quartiersuche von der Optik des Hauses aus gestartet, wäre man wortlos vorbeigegangen. Zentrumsnah ist bei ca. 2,5 km Fußweg bis zum Anger übertrieben.

Sehr ruhige Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Strassenbahnhaltestelle um die Ecke, auf der Autobahn ist man auch schnell. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Kein Balkon an der Wohnung. Es gibt wohl einen Garten, da die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist, ist der Zugang etwas umständlich.

Sehr gute Lage, mit der Tram um die Ecke war man schnell in der Altstadt. Der Vermiter war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und entgegenkommend. Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal. Es funktionierte alles und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Bäcker um die Ecke war ideal zum frühstücken.

Everything was very well equipped, specifically the kitchen. We loved the games for children (Frozen puzzles and bricks). Playground in a close by park (Südpark) Excellent, quiet location. Owners reply very fast to requests.
