Clean, and great location. The check-in is easy and smooth.

The family room is located at the top floor and they have no elevator. Imagine hauling five 25-30kg luggage up to four floors

It's a nice little studio/appartment, perfect for a visit to the city. The main draw is the location, it's one street away from the Hauptbahnhoff (train station), which is next to the Dom (cathedral) and rhe city centre.

One thing we really missed were night lights, you only had the big lamp, and there was no switch for it near the bed, so we had to read with our phone flashlights. Another slight negative point was that the TV wasn't properly connected, we only had access to one channel, on which they try to sell you stuff.
