microwave was missing to heat food
DELocation is convenient and the price is ok.
They gave us the wrong code for the keybox, so we found ourselves standing at the locked door in the evening and the phone number provided didn't respond, neither the messages on Booking! I had to try different combinations and finally figured out that there was a mistake in the last digit and managed to open the lock. But those 20 minutes of being outside in December evening with 2 little kids were not very pleasant. The apartment was OK, but not very clean (we found hair on the towels and stains on the floor) and weirdly equipped - they provided tea bags, but no cattle. There was a frying pan, but no spatula, no microwave oven, but an ice bucket for champagne... Overall, I'd expect better service.
