"Sauna nicht nutzbar und auch sonst wird gespart"

Sehr schöne Lage mit Wald-/Meeresblick.

Sauna nicht elektrisch, sondern mit Holzkohle und Gaszufuhr (?). Keine Bedienungsanleitung, deshalb nicht nutzbar. Es wird an falschen Stellen gespart. Es liegt keine Seife im Bad, nur Reste von Toilettenpapier, in der Dusche keine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschgel, keine Zahnputzbecher. Stattdessen zwei Föne (?!). Eine Toilette fängt mitten in der Nacht zu spülen an (Schwimmer verkalkt). Man muss fünf Mal drücken, bis das Wasser nicht mehr läuft. Wurde sicher auch vom Vormieter bemerkt, da es dort gar kein Toilettenpapier gab. Bettwäsche- und Handtücher muss man extra bezahlen (22€ pro Person ERSTAUSSTATTUNG, bei Austausch also erneute Zahlung). So etwas ist mir nur aus Jugendherbergen bekannt. Schlüsselübergabe: Die Angabe im Vertrag war zwischen 16.00 und 17.30 Uhr. Das heisst aber nicht, das man den Schlüssel ab 16 Uhr abholen kann! Sondern dass das Büro ihn in dieser Zeit irgendwann übergibt. Wir mussten bis 16.50Uhr warten. Bei der Abreise muss man ihn aber vor 11 Uhr abgeben. Die Reinigungskraft stand schon um 10.00 Uhr vor der Tür mit einem eigenen Schlüssel. Das späte Erhalten des Schlüssels hat uns den ersten Urlaubstag verdorben, zumal wir dann im völlig überfüllten Bus von Binz nach Prora fahren mussten. Schwimmbad und Fitness: Für die Nutzung sind für Erwachsene knapp 20€ für eine 24-Stundenkarte zu zahlen, da diese Wohneinheit nicht direkt zum Hotel gehört.

Geweldige locatie, historische plek met lekker balkon

Tikje krap en te benauwd in de slaapkamer. Omslachtige check-inn in een ander dorp. Dat moet anno 2025 toch een stuk vlotter kunnen?

"recommended - Prora is now very comfortable place to stay."

Apartment is clean, well decorated and has a nice sea view. Two bedrooms and sauna make your stay comfortable. Ideal for people who like to be close to the sea with different sort of beaches and possibilities to walk.

The fridge had terrible smell inside - it was announced but no reaction. The staff at the office is very nice, try to help but communication is only in German. It can be difficult for people who do not speak this language.
