Kontaktperson "J." sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, antwortet schnell zurück. Willkommensgruß mit eine Flasche Wasser, Knabberzeug und Wein fand ich persönlich sehr "Gastfreundlich"

Leider habe ich im ganzen Aufenthalt nur die Grundreinigung zu bemängeln. Als wir ankamen hatten wir bedenken das es vor uns nicht gesäubert wurde. Die Bettwäsche waren benutzt. Auf dem Fußboden lagen Essensreste, Fenster dreckig, staub überall. Doch Kontaktperson reagierte auf Anruf schnell war sehr freundlich, schickte uns die Putzfee zu, wächselte aber nur die Bettwäsche und verabschiedete sich, weil sie später keine Busverbindung mehr hätte...

The spacious apartment, and the modern sauna and pool facilities. Very welcoming to find a bottle of wine in the apartment. The host was quick to help us solve the mystery of the missing coffee machine and gave us complimentary cups. All in all great service!

"Fairytale location in Winterberg"

Perfect location, comfortable rooms, and when we had a question, the owners replied straight away and fixed the problem. Nice bathroom !

The windows are very old and, therefore, are susceptible to mold growing. But when I asked if they could be cleaned, they were cleaned the same day. Also, the toilet seat was loose. Also the pool was a bit cold which was a shame.
