Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Dachterrasse super.

Die Sauberkeit war ziemlich enttäuschend. Haarbüschel vom Vorgänger im Bad, Spinnweben an der Nachttischlampe, im Backofen klebten die Essenrester vom Vorgänger, die Küchenfront hatte noch Schmierflecken. Alles in Allem auch schon ziemlich abgewohnt.
