"Ausstattung und Lage sind prima"

Die Wohnung/Lage ist prima mit Abendsonne. Der Abstellplatz ist auch für größere Autos geeignet. Das zugebaute Schlafzimmer haben wir unterschätzt, man kann durch die beiden schmalen Öffnungen schlecht lüften. Waschen kostet z.Zt. EUR 0,50 pro 20 min. Münztrockner ist vorhanden, der Wäschekeller ist großzügig, so dass man dort auch trocknen könnte. Für Kinder steht Spielzeug zur Verfügung (auch für den Strand).

Der Fahrradkeller ist nicht ebenerdig und nur über eine mit linksseitigen Schienen versehene Treppe (2 und 5 Stufen) zu erreichen und ohnehin sehr voll. Auf dem Hof sind aber unüberdachte Fahrradständer.
