Urban Jungle Apartment Wilhelmshöhe by stay awesome

Clean and comfortable! Really nice! No elevator so we had to carry everything up several flights of stairs but it was worth it! Parking is a little tricky to find at night but it was nice!

The coffee maker and tea were nice touches. The design was lovely as well.

Be careful about parking a van in the back - the tunnel through the building to the back is very small.

Concept, location, space in guest house.

A lot of facilities did not work in the guest house , Stove was not functional when we arrived, it took 1 day for the handman to fix it. And we had to spend a lot of our vacation time managing that and also finding alternatives as we had baby with us . Having a kitchen was the main reason of booking a guest house and not hotel. Washing machine was defective Bin was defective Toaster was so bad as if it was not cleaned since purchase . I can share pictures too if needed Lenin were having stains Bed sheet had small hair like things all over Sofa had lot of stains Dishwasher did not clean things properly as a result we had to hand wash things . The soaps did not form leather as well so we had to spend extra time cleaning utensils Some of the utensils were already broken or not in good shape to use. Stove after repair also was a pain in *** . Only Ikea utensils will work rest did not work... The mattress of beds in master bed room were not mattress but piece of foam placed .. could be done better !!!!! The care taker was least bothered, and created confusions towards last day . We had already agreed of a checkout 90 mins later than scheduled time . And on last day she says to us to check out at scheduled time . Not sure if there should be someone coming to clean the apartment while we are there , but it looked like no one came in 3 nights we stayed . Overall I think the concept of urban jungle is really nice but needs a heart for making it a perfect guest house . Disappointed !
