I loved the location, and I love the fact that Homaris put a video guide in the Digital guest area, so it was easy to find the actual door to the apartment. And they were timely with the door code and other practical information. Good stuff.

One thing I REALLY disliked, which I have never experienced before, was the fact that once I had registered my debit card for the safety deposit, Homaris kept sending me a rather alarming-sounding email every single day - leading up to my departure - with the subject text: "Important - Please update your credit card details for the security deposit" I will give their support line credit for the fact that they responded to my initial concerns quickly, but the first time I wrote, they failed to make me understand that this behavior would continue, and that I just simply ignore the daily email, AND that my booking was secure. This automation desperately needs to be changed. It is extremely concerning when you are responsible for booking a trip for your friends. And I repeat, out of the many many trips and hotels, I have booked in my lifetime, I have never experience this before.
