The property was excellent great location to shops, rink and train station also very comfortable and everything there we needed for a great stay

The location was amazing, walking distance to downtown and the train station, yet a quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy, we checked in late and were able to pick up keys with a lockbox. They called the day after to ensure everything was good. Check out was just as easy. The mattresses were comfortable, the kitchen had lots of space and dishes, the view was amazing, and having access to laundry was a great bonus.

There was nothing we didn't like. It would be good to know that one bedroom and bathroom are down a flight of stairs. It worked great for us, but the stairs down are steep and may be a hazard for some (there is a baby gate provided and installed).

Everything. A private underground paking. The apatment is fully furnished, and clean. Full kitchen equipment. A TV in every room (4 in total). There were 2 vacuum cleaners and and an ironing facility. Washing and drying machines were also available but in a common room outside the flat.

No AC, but 2 fans were already available. This was acceptable as the weather was ok and the temperature outside at night was 17 celesious. But daytime was slightly uncomfortable. I also wish there were sliding net panels to prevent insects entering the rooms from the private garden while doors are open.

when we first reached the apartment the place was very dirty and dusty although we paid for cleaning services through booking we stayed for 25 days and no one showed up for cleaning and there was no cleaning supplies, when the owner first came he asked for high amount for the deposit and asked for extra charges for cleaning when we told him we already paid through booking he took extra money from the deposit without permission, we tried contacting the owner through booking no answer and till this day we didn’t get our deposit money back.
