"Leider nicht für einen Familienurlaub geeignet...."

Der Freundliche Vermieter.

In dieser Ferienwohnung sind die Räume sehr dunkel und ungemütlich eingerichtet.In der Küche funktionieren die Lampe über dem Esstisch(garnicht) und über der Spüle(blinkend) nicht.Der Wasserhahn an der Spüle ist nicht festgeschraubt.Die Einrichtung sehr veraltet und es fehlt einfach an viel Zubehör. Große Teller sind sehr viele da, aber es gibt nicht genügend Kaffeebecher oder Gläser, keine Kochlöffel, keine Kelle, keine Auffülllöffel etc. Alles an Geschirr was nicht in der Küchenzeile komplett durcheinander im Schrank steht sondern in den anderen Schränken, ist total eingestaubt(schwarz) also nicht benutzbar wenn man es nicht abwäscht. Die Betten knartschen so laut das andere davon wach werden wenn sich auch nur ein Kind bewegt. Der Wasserhahn in der Gästetoilette funktioniert nur mit sehr viel Kraft zum hochdrücken, für Kinder nicht machbar und die Toilettenspülung funktioniert leider nicht immer. Es fehlen leider Rollos im Schlafzimmer. Über Wasserschäden sind einfach alte Teppiche gelegt worden.

The apartment is extremely spacious and works perfectly for a large group of people. There is plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes and utensils. The property also looks much better in real life than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. For a one-night stay, this place is an excellent option and offers very good value.

Many parts of the apartment already feel quite worn out and heavily used. For a short stay this is not a major issue, but for a longer vacation it would probably become uncomfortable. The property works much better as a practical overnight stop than as a place for a longer and more relaxing stay.
