Die Wohnung Nr. 1 ist hell und prinzipiell gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im EG war für unsere Gäste optimal, da gut erreichbar. Die Räume sind groß und hoch - bieten viel Platz. Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer ist groß genug auch für 2 Personen. Somit waren alle zufrieden, auch wenn es statt geplanter 2 Schlafzimmer nur eines gab - an irgendeiner Stelle gab es einen Buchungsfehler oder Missverständnis. Durch Raumgröße und Flexibilität wurde dies allerdings relativiert.

Gebucht war für 3 Erwachsene - leider gab es Handtücher nur für eine Person. Bettzeug für die 3. Person fanden wir unter der Auszieh-Couch. Bzgl. Sauberkeit gibt es leider Abzüge, da noch ein benutztes fremdes Handtuch im Bad lag ebenso etliche Haare in der Badewanne sowie ein voller Aschenbecher am Balkon.
