Alles wie erwartet

Die Ferienwohnung ist super groß und geräumig. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben bei Fragen sofort Lösungen parat gehabt. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll.

The house greatly overpassed our expectations. It was very spacious and really nicely decorated, while all the small details have been taken care of, so as to cover the needs of a family. Host offered warm welcome and was there for every need. Great location, with easy access to the city and to highway. It is highly recommended for a family stay.

The owner's family is kind & friendly but very quiet. They live 2nd floor but we didn't hear them making noise at all. ( I hope they didn't hear our noise too.) The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. We cooked every night like we were at home. They provided us with bottles of water and homemade jam, too. That was a very kind gesture and it actually helped a lot. Bed mattresses were very comfortable. There is a garden accessible and open to play mini football or basketball. My son loved it, but unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy this for long. But there were many toys in the room, and instead, they played inside nicely at night. In short we had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Thank you!

It's a 15-minute ride from the city center of Koblenz by car. It doesn't seem very far, but the road is narrow and uphill with not few traffic. It felt therefore like even longer than 15 minutes for me. If you're staying only for one night - it's better to stay in the city. This is a great apartment to stay in for more than a few nights. Wifi is not very strong. If you need to do some work online during your stay, it might be a little lacking in intensity.

Very friendly hosts, lots of little surprises and touches to make our stay more comfortable. Great toy selection to keep our toddler busy for the week. Very spacious and clean flat in quiet location but close enough to amenities. Access to garden and two patios definitely a bonus. Kitchen well equipped and generally a home from home

Quiet place, nice terrace with view on the landscape. Very nice welcome of the owners. Large, well equipded and very comfortable apartment.

We received a great welcome, the stove was even on! The hosts go far and beyond everything that's expected for a guest house. And it's very clean. We already stayed here before Covid and nothing has changed since then. It was a great stay then as it was now.
