"Eine Warnung - Im Winter bleibt die Wohnung kalt"

Die Lage

Die Wohnung war bitterkalt und wurde auch nicht warm. Die gemessene Temperatur betrug 18 Grad. Der Vermieter weiß offenbar, dass die Wohnung im Winter nicht warm wird, er war auf unseren Hinweis hin in der Wohnung und behauptete, dass die Wärme noch käme. Trotz der eisigen Temperaturen ging die Heizung nachts praktisch aus. 20 Stunden später war es immer noch gleich kalt . Die Winterbewertungen der letzten Jahre thematisierten das Problem regelmäßig. Wir sind nach 1 Tag wieder gefahren. Der Vermieter reagierte desinteressiert und lapidar. Natürlich ist das komplette Geld für eine Woche nicht erstattet worden. Die Wohnung ist im Winter nicht nutzbar.
