Very nice. The courtyard fireplace is good. The mini golf course is fun.

I was surprised by the charge for parking. I don't remember anything being said about charging for parking when I booked the room ... it was probably in VERY TINY print. The lot wasn't full ... there were very few cars there. I can understand putting something on the car dash so the lot doesn't fill with non-guest cars, but I don't understand the $15 parking fee. Why don't you just be up front and add $15 to the room fee? OK, fine, maybe not all the guests have a car, but I would expect most of them do. There didn't seem to be much information in the room about places to eat nearby. My guess is the TV was supposed to provide that. I can read faster than flipping around a TV menu, but I understand written material probably costs more. For the life of me I could not get the shower water hotter than barely warm. There was a towel bar for bath towels, and a small bar for a hand towel, but a 2nd towel bar for a 2nd hand towel would have been nice ... I had to drape my hand towel over the half wall between the sink and toilet. If you ever remodel the rooms, think about having the sink outside of the toilet/shower room. The mattresses were extremely broken down on the side by the nightstand ... which I get because people sit there, and I'm sure mattresses are hugely expensive... have you considered having a mattress on a platform and not using a box springs? In my experience it's the box springs that make the bed sag so much you cannot sleep well without your back complaining the next day. (I slept on the side of the bed away from the nightstand, but that didn't help my husband in the other bed.) Overall, my feeling was the hotel was supposed to be on the verge of luxury and it felt stingy.

The hotel premises are elegant. The rooms are extremely clean and well-appointed. Linens and beds were above average. Service was professional and amenities available at the hotel (bistro, outdoor fire pit and indoor sitting alcoves) were great!

Nice location. Not far from tourist places and shopping complex or restraurants. Rooms are good. Staff is good.

Rooms are good but bathroom has very bad smell, specially when you run water for some time in washbasin. Very very limited food options in hotel.

Elliott was wonderful at check-in! Great customer service and made everything so easy as well as Rey who was there to assist. Had a great stay and will be back again!
