Trash organisation could be simplified.

Apartment 1. Exterior uncared for, weed was growing shoulder high at the front, very embarrassing when taxi dropped us off at the address. This was rectified on day 3. Shed with bins difficult to access as oversized Hydrangea (albeit beautiful) covered the entry almost completely. General cleanliness has room for improvement. Dust on door frames and skirting boards as well as in corners, cobwebs on ceilings and in corners. Thick layer of dust under the beds. Dishes had to be washed thoroughly prior to use due to greasy residue left on plates and glasses. Gave up using some of the utensilles as the staff should take care things are clean before giving the apartment free for the next guests. Stairs very squeeky, wooden floor in sleeping area also squeeks. Location right on a busy main route through Hameln, can't leave windows open at night during hot summer nights as traffic noise too loud.

Apartment 2 , uncared for exterior. Weed grew shoulder high outside the building, was embarressed when taxi dropped us off at the adress. This was rectified on day 3. Fridge was switched off. Upon opening the fridge, an awful smell flooded the apartment. Turned out a defrosted, rotten pizza that was left in the freezer department was to blame. We had no choice but to take it upon ourselves to clean out the fridge ourselves. Needless to say that the fridge was unusable during the 9 nights we stayed. Next day I called the proprietor, who apologised and advised the fridge would be replaced, needless to say this never materialised during our stay. I asked for a spare key for apartmentment 1 so my grandson could access my fridge at apartment 1 as and when. One of the service ladies came to drop the key off, not without rudely asking why we would want a spare key etc, when she checked the fridge, she gave the lame excuse they could not open the freezer compartment that is why the fridge was in the state it was. General cleanliness could also be better. Dust on door frames and skirting boards, thick dust under the bed. Rain shower unusable as pipe corroded, bathroom window can not be tilted open as does not fit frame 100%. Dishes had to be washed again before using as most were dirty with grease marks and glasses had greasy fingerprints all over. Needless to say, I will not return.

The booking app CLEARLY SAYS they don’t charge extra for pets and we payed 20euros for our dog… Don’t understand why…

We had apartment number 3. It is big enough and comfortable for three people, as there is a double bed and a sofa bed. It was clean and had towels and many amenities. Also, it is located just on the edge of the old town, so all the sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Accessing the apartment was really easy too.

The checkout time is super early, in my opinion, at 10 a.m. Additionally, the sofa bed was not open when we arrived, and we struggled a bit to open it.

Location and facilities. Comfortable bed and very good shower.
