Spacious on the flat, nice arrangements and small details for comforting guests, child-proof staircase. Day-light beadrooms protection. Walking distance to required facilities, bus and train station.

For the top floor flat, it is quite a narrow entry. Not so critical, but creaking floor. Parking is on the front of the building: main street with active traffic over day, for 4 or 5 apartments 2 parking places.
