La ubicación.

Ya a la llegada me toco escribir para pedir el código de entrada porque no nos lo habian mandado. Lo recibimos pasadas las 16:30. Además, pedi en abril una cama extra porque éramos 10 personas. Me dijeron que sin problemas por mensaje. Cuando llegamos, no hay cama extra. No contestan a los mensajes por Booking ni por WhatsApp. Nos ha tocado dormir a una persona en un mini colchón de cuna y cojines en el suelo. El apartamento está poco equipado (4 tazas para hasta 9 personas?). No funciona el monomando de la ducha, falta una cortina opaca en uno de los cuartos...Eso si tienen televisiones más grandes que un campo de fútbol, un Mac, 2 lavadoras y 2 secadoras (??). Solo dos ventiladores en el apartamento y tres habitaciones. También lo pedimos, pero claro, no contestaron. La entrada al edificio fea, con desconchones...Un desastre todo. Contratad cualquier otro apartamento para ver Ulm.

"Gemütlich Wohnung , alles was man braucht für ein paar Tagein Ulm"

Die Unterkunft, war super geräumig. Für unseren Aufenthalte war sie ausreichend groß und sauber! Sehr zentral gelegen, man kann viel oder fast alles zu Fuß erreichen . Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Das einzige das es sehr hellhörig ist, da es ein altes Gebäude ist. Die Nachbarn über uns hatten da keine Rücksicht genommen, auf die Ruhezeiten . Früh morgens und spät abends/ nachts die Haustür zuknallen lassen und das mehrfach .

Tolle Lage, viel Platz

Abfluss Dusche 1. OG verstopft. Böden schmutzig, vor allem in den Ecken und am Rand. Steckdose im Bad schwarz und unbrauchbar. Bei Fön Isolierung am Kabel defekt. Wohnung 4. OG: Herd 3 Platten ohne Funktion.

"Op doorreis, en daarvoor perfect! Accommodatie was echt op alles voorzien, koken voor 6 zou kunnen met alles wat we vond"

Accomodatie was super! Alles voorhanden, super proper, terras was echt een surplus!

Airco zou een meerwaarde zijn. Wij waren er gelukkig niet bij superheet weer, waardoor het ok was. Bij warme temperaturen kan ik me voorstellen dat het te warm is.
