From a distance the interior design looks nice

The location is dark and tucked away, poorly lit and honestly feels unsafe. The building itself looks messy and unclean—balconies and the elevator especially. At first glance the apartment seems tidy, but it’s clearly being squeezed for profit: loose cabinet handles, stained towels, and a toilet that barely flushes. To make matters worse, I couldn’t sleep because the bed made me itch all night. The next day the cleaner dismissed it as “lint in the bed,” while it genuinely felt like there were bugs. I felt completely dismissed and not taken seriously. For this price, this place is a total rip-off.

Very central located on walking distance from the Gruga.

Window could not be closed properly and as it was a bit windy outside it felt like it was storming in the bedroom . Hardly could sleep.
