Sehr zentrale Lage, eine Garage zum Fahrrad abstellen ist vorhanden, Parkplatz für das Auto ist direkt vor der Türe. Ein separater Eingang führt in die kleine Wohnung. Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar

Wohnung riecht sehr muffig. Der Geruch war am Anfang unerträglich. Haben durch Lufterfrischer einen besseren Geruch in die Wohnung bekommen. Geschirr habe ich alles vor dem benutzen gespült, da dieses auch gerochen hat. Morgens waren viele Kellerasseln in der Küche und im Bad. Fenster ließen sich nicht alle öffnen. Überall waren Spinnweben und Spinnen. Wir sind dann früher abgereist.
