The apartment is very clean, well equipped. Check-in is easy. There is coffee machine and capsules that one can enjoy. It was a home-like feeling

It was easy to reach from the train station, reasonable price, spacious, big bedroom and big bathroom, pretty good kitchen. We only used it for sleeping, so we didn't stay much there.

That the host didn't speak English (although we managed), it's next to a pub, so if you sleep with open windows, it could be noisy.
