Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, wir konnten auch schon früher in die Wohnung. Koffer im Flur unterstellen bis zur Abfahrt ebenfalls kein Problem.

Raumaufteilung, Ausstattung und die Lage im Herzen bzw. Zentrum von Norderney waren für unsere Bedürfnisse genau das Richtige. Im Sommer würden wir uns jedoch für eine Wohnung mit Balkon & in einer weniger belebten Straße entscheiden.

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass die Heizung nachts nicht nur gedrosselt, sondern ganz ausgestellt wurde. Immerhin lagen die Nachttemperaturen irgendwo bei 1 bis 3 °C. Die 2. Decke (auf Anfrage beim Vermieter) war dann meine persönliche Rettung.

Es fehlt ein Bachofen und nur zwei Plattenherd. Für Selbstversorger naja.
