Die Lage ist einfach top. Alles in der Innenstadt fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Um‘s Eck ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit 2 Linien, die direkt zum Hbf fahren. Gleichzeitig ist es absolut ruhig. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wenn man will kann man kochen. Alles da.

Ich habe keine Beanstandungen.

top Lage, schöner Innenhof. Lediglich schwierige Parksituation (aber Parkhaus möglich). Besser als auf den Bildern zu erkennen: Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, d.h. sehr ruhig, und alle Wohnungen haben - sozusagen im Innenhof - tolle Draußensitzmöglichkeiten

"Лучшие апартаменты, которые мы снимали через букинг!"

Великолепные апартаменты! Одни из лучших за все время, что мы снимаем жилье через Букинг. Прекрасно все - от места расположения (старый центр, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями) до идеальной чистоты внутри. Очень порадовало внимание к деталям - на стенах фотографии Эрфурта, сделанные как отражение в лужах, на старом письменном столике - книга отзывов, старая радиола с колонками из 70-х годов и т.п. Дворик с патио - это отдельная песня! Прямо посреди двора, где можно прекрасно посидеть вечером в жару с бокальчиком прекрасного местного белого вина, растет огромное дерево грецкий орех. Оно видело, наверное, уже поколений десять жителей этого двора, одна мысль об этом восхищает! Дерево - это квинтэссенция этого места, его душа. Уютнейшее место, чувствуешь себя в прямом смысле в истории - с одной стороны видно клостер, с другой - церковь. А еще на территории живет ежик:-) Ночью он выходит в патио и ведет свою ночную жизнь, не обращая внимания на жильцов:-) Да, во дворе живут очень дружные соседи - они вместе устраивают грилль-пати и очень тепло общаются за общим столом! В общем, можно сказать, что это почти Италия или какое-нибудь старое Тбилиси по настроению:-) Одни словом, просто восторг души и тела, все рекомендуем вне всякого сомнения!
